Alex Bort is the co-founder of SOLoud. With 15 years of experience working at the intersection of brands and talent, Alex has procured, negotiated, and contracted deals for A list talent on behalf of well over 100 brands.

Prior to joining SOLoud, Alex served as SVP, Global Business Development & Innovation at Latin World Entertainment, where she oversaw the development and growth of a multitude of Sofia Vergara’s brands from her beauty co, Toty, to her bestselling license within Walmart. Previously, she was the Vice President of Talent and Entertainment at United Entertainment Group (UEG) where she developed best in class global marketing campaigns by strategically aligning celebrities and brands based upon key initiatives, new product launches, key timing, messaging, criteria and overall brand objectives. Companies like SC Johnson, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Barilla, Unilever, P&G, JCPenney, Sam Adams, and Starbucks were among her many clients. 

Today, Alex straddles both the talent and brand spheres overseeing the marriage of talent partnerships to create authentic and meaningful connections that drive the conversation forward.

Lily Berg is the Founder of SOLoud. With 15+ years of experience working at the forefront of talent partnerships, Lily has led celebrity-influenced brands from content to commerce.

Prior to founding SOLoud, Lily served as Director of Talent Management for IPSY, the world’s largest online beauty community, with responsibility for growing the company’s influencer roster. Previously, she was the Vice President of Talent at Digital Brand Architects, the first social influencer agency. There, she established the expert category and built a world-class portfolio of talent in the interior design, health and wellness, and food categories. She sourced and negotiated partnerships, advised talent and brands on business and marketing strategies, and managed talent-influenced campaigns for major retailers and Fortune 500 companies.

Today, as a consultant for founders in both the talent and brand spheres, Lily collaborates with clients to develop tailored strategies and curated partnerships that unlock growth. Her most recent venture grew from the seed of an idea to a globally distributed product line in less than 3 years.
